New Hookah Time. Need Some Pro Advice

Ok, so originally, before I'd ever smoked a hookah in my life, I built the Hand Held Hookah, as described on this site.

Then I got a real one. For 30 bucks. I still wasn't really sure about the hobby. We started having parties and...

I got a brandless one for WAY TOO MUCH MONEY, with three hoses, that stands about 3 1/2 feet tall.


Now I want a nice one. I hear about KM and MZ alot (and after a REALLY long time, found out that those stood for Magdy Zidan and Kalil Mahoon or something like that)

So, I want to know from you guys. What kind of hookah should I get? I want one that:
Has 3 or 4, preferabally 4, hoses
ISN'T FROM CHINA
Is around...or under ( ) $300
ISN'T FROM CHINA
Smokes good.

I don't care if it's KM or MZ, but I do want something that is quality, and something that looks nice too.
I've read the product reviews, but they don't do any comparisons, so it's kind of tough to buy a hookah on that basis

Flame away, I started looking around on previous posts, and it seems that KM, MZ, and MYA are the hookahs to own, because they own.

But.

But I'd still like a good nudge in the right direction of a sweet 3 or 4 hoser. I've looked around, and they all look nice, but that's why I bought my last one...it had elephants on it, which is groovy as hell, but the hookah was...well...(I dunno, I trash on it alot, but it served me and my party guests pretty well tonight)...garbage.

Anyway, a nudge would be great.

And, I'm expecting a yes, but are Nammor hoses really worth it? If they are, I'm totally picking up 3-4

if you want a multi hose that isn't from china (mya)
then you should look into a syrian or an egyptian from socialsmoke.com (they have them made by MZ) I haven't seen a multi hose km.
there is a certain vendor that has some syrians but you'll have to pm me for a link to the store.
h-s also has some but i think the quality in them is inconsistent.
worldhookah has some syrians but no multi hoses on the site. you could email them and see if they are getting some in.



nammor, razan, and KM hoses are all worth it.
they give you much bigger hits with more flavor.
nammors and razans are also washable.

MOst egyptian brands understand that hookah is a social thing (passing the peace pipe type) therefore a large majority of what youll find from the "big" names like km or mz are going to be single hoses with a few multis dotting the charts here or there. Mya does alot of multis but alas they are chinese. Chances are you should look to social smoke for a multi hose. Ive heard very good things about them though I have never used one.

Personally I never recommend multi hoses as they only cause alot of problems with heat management, people not covering if you dont have an auto seal system, etc. Its just too big of a hassle. I like 1 hose that people pass and talk while they are not smoking.

If you want a multihose, buy a May, it may be Chinese, but they are good quality and look nice. They all have auto seal, so you don't have to worry about plugging hoses either.

If you want an Egyptian, it'll be a single hose maybe a double at best.
