Syrian Hookahs

Recommended Posts

I was wondering if anyone could give me a bunch of small details about Syrian hookahs. Anything that distinguishes them from other Hookahs. I was looking around worldhookah.com and I'm torn between a KM (everyone seems to rave about them) and a syrian hookah. I noticed syrian hookahs seem a little more ornate. Any comments or suggestions?

When you get a good Syrian you get an amazing pipe - but not every one is good. I have an Al Kareem I love, and it smokes like a dream but my KMs are better. Consistently better.

Many of them are brass, which is a plus. They're also usually more ornate and detailed than the average egyptian or modern hookah. My KM has a better pull than my Syrian, but they're both great pipes.
