Hooray For Usps!

i see there are three threads on this already, so i wont start another. My sample arrived today wrapped in the "we care" usps bag as well as another plastic bag because it was leaking through everything. both bags were busted out the bottom and dried shisha was everywhere. i got some florida orange and chicken soup, but neither is salvageable.

good try guys, smells damn good, but i cant scrape enough out of the envelope to actually smoke.

A busted up sample of Florida Orange arrived yesterday. There was enough salvageable shisha to fill up a Mya bowl about 2/3's the way up and I was able to get a 30 minute session out of it. It's too bad the shisha didn't make it intact but I appreciate getting a mailed sample. A review of Florida Orange will go up momentarily.

Sheesh guys, hate much?

Well hopefully you've seen the other thread we posted. As for the busted samples lets just say they were all perfectly dry and in tact when they were sent out so all of torn/messed up envelopes anyone has received was purely from USPS. Next time we will make sure to ship in a more durable and leak-proof packaging, but if we had known even a few of the samples would've ended up like this we wouldn't have bothered sending them like that at all.

Now I know a lot of you are saddened by this, and trust us we are just as much if not more. Think of it from our point of view, we spent money on making it and sending it out to you guys to try for free and then we find out most get ruined in the mail and at the end of the day none of us are happy, but please don't try to turn it all back on us pointing fingers.

Now we'll do everything we can over the next week to make some more and try to get more out - successfully this time - especially to the few of you who donated a few dollars to help with shipping costs. Trust us, this is just a small road bump for now. Things will get better, we're new at this too but please, don't hate.

Yeah, we were real excited seeing all of the samples go out too, and then this happens It's a real bummer for everyone

ya know what happened right? the postal service sent them throught the normal letter machine, running the envelope like a dollar bill in a vending machine. I'd love to see what this did to their machine, bet they had to replace it

but it sucks that their was this issue, this might teach the post office a lesson, but I doubt it...too bad you cant e-shisha
