I just wanted to say thank you to worldhookah for having such great service.

I ordered three 250 gram jars of pharoah's shisha from him on sunday night and found out that he was out of town in cali until wednesday/thursday.

Well today is Thursday i received my order with the addition of a 50 gram sample pack of fantasia wild mango.

He offered free shipping on orders over $20 and mine order cost $36 (and honestly i feel bad for this b/c i don't see how he could be making money of this).

Note: we should be thankful for our vendors that hop on the forum and actually help us out, not criticize them for reasons not even related to their customer service.

Just my 2cents.

vendors buy in bulk. so the shisha is cheaper and they make a better profit when they sell it.
i used to order the shisha and coals for the hookah bar i worked at for a while so yea...its not hard to work it so you can do free shipping.

shipping is still pretty killer. the profit margin if someone buys 20 dollars is pretty slim if he has to pay 6 or 7 bucks to ship it.

Okay in refernce to great prices. Lets do some math. $6.35 a tub that we sell for $10.90 and shipping was $9-10, I pay 2% of the cc total for the machine/ processing so I would say I lost money on that 1. BUt what the Hell when she wants a Hookah I will make $20.00 there so it all balances out.

We don`t make money on every order. But when we do its a nice chunk of change and more then makes up for the small orders. I am soon going to $35.00 for free shipping. BUt that could be in an hour or next week. God knows I am to busy making people happy to care about a couple bucks won or lost in mailorder.

Mush if these prices should not be posted feel free to edit it. I assume its an off brand so I did not worry about posting it. I will not post major lines out of respect for other vendors privacy on pricing.

neal made 6 bucks off of the order. didnt factor in the money he spent on the 50 gram sample. im assuming its 1 dollar.. so 5 bucks on a 36 dollar order. not including the time/gas he spent on the shipping or the cost of the site.

Fantasia gives vendors a bunch of samples to give out to their customers, so that sample might have been free. Very generous regardless!

I just ordered a bunch of stuff too. They gave me AW banana split instead of afternine, but I really don't care cause of the free samples. The packaging was really good too, he didn't use peanuts, but it got here just fine. My bowl was wrapped up in bubble wrap inside of a 3 kings box (I thought they gave me a whole box of coals for a second and got excited). Love you Neal.

Wow most of you missed the entire point of my thread, instead of being critical of vendors we should thank them when they provide a great product and customer service.

i don't care what you guys think about pricing and all that stuff, i am just saying thanks to him, and that i personally felt bad.

Well I know Neal really went to town to work out a good deal for me. Which was extra nice as us European's have fairly high shipping costs [Compared to the continental US. However It's not too bad]

It's nice to have vendors around who really put in the effort.
