Recommendations To New Hookah Smokers

i have been checking out the site and other sites and i really want to try this out.......

im just wondering what is the best type of hookah that i could get for optimal smoking experiance for a newbie

i seen small ones and large ones, is it best to go small for other reasons then i might not like it?? or is a larger hookah better???

KM, MZ, Mya, and a few other brands i cant think of, are all good and provide options as far as price and features.

larger hookahs arent that much different than the smaller ones. you tend to get more stability with larger ones though... minis are a PITA

also i heard the nammor/razan hoses were the best would they work with 22" hookahs i mean with the weight of the hose would it tip the hookah?


and yes i have seen the mya's they look like great hookahs

Nammor/Razan will work with any hookah, just be careful with certain "tipsy" hookahs, like the Aladdin, the Nou Nou, the Bambino, etc.

No that aren't nammors, they are very similar. For a first hookah, you have lots of choices. Personally for first hookah i would probably buy from Hookah-Shisha.com because of all the freebies and starter stuff you need. I started with a 3 hose Pharaoh from HS smoked it for many years until i bought a Mya Obelisk a couple weeks ago. But a good KM hookah from Hookahcompany.com would be awesome too. If you go for a small mya. worldhookah.com still has their crazy mya sale going on I think.

I would go with a KM if you can afford it. They are getting easier to purchase. MZ is good, you can find them cheap. You are better off with something around 22" to 32".

I got 2 hose pharaoh for HS as my first hookah. I love it, but knowing what I do now, I would go with a KM Tri Metal or KM Pear from The Devils Playground (worldhookah).

A mya qt should be a solid starter.
But if you want something bigger check out the KMs from hookahcompany or worldhookah

I think the mya QT is a fine first hookah. I have heard only good things about this little hookah, and its quite inexpensive, so if you dont like hookah you wont dish out a bunch of cash.

id totally recommend the mya qt. its portable its durable and it hits every time!!! I'v had mine for a few years now for my second hookah i bought another qt and for my third i got a km. but deff for your first id recommend the qt. for the KM there is alot to maintain.

for your first hookah go with the qt and upgrade when you'v learned the tricks of the trade. like in about 6 months or a year. i'v been smokin for YEARS and i still bust out my QT more than my KM...

+1 The larger hookahs take some time to clean.....I cant stand the smell after smoking so I clean mine every time.
