I know of a couple of places Jasmine Market in Richardson (I think it's too expensive, $24.99+tax for a tin of SB?) and Star Pipes across the street from Jasmine (prices are better $18.99+tax for SB and $13.99+tax for AF but the selection isn't too great). Leave your place early the next time you need to go somewhere or just go out cruising and stop at all the smoke shops and take a look. Middle eastern stores will also have tobacco and stuff.
