I chose X on the Beach, Honeyberry and Irish Cream. Ordered Saturday. I just got the box. 250 grams each of Honeyberry and Irish Cream as ordered. But apparently he was out of the 250 gram size of X on the Beach so instead he sent me 3 100gram tins, and then threw in a White Peach 100 gram tin for the apparent "inconvenience" of having 3 small tins that includes 50 extra grams instead of the 250 size I ordered. PLUS, he gave me a Blueberry Fantasia sample that smells heavenly and I can't wait to get it home and try Fantasia for the first time. (Yes, I will be ordering the sample pack from him next round and 250 grams each of the ones I love.) He also threw in a Pharoh's Fruitopia sample that I gave to my hookah smoking cohort here at the office because I've already tried that flavor. He even shipped it priority mail so it got here faster than the standard UPS. As of this moment two coworkers are planning on placing their next orders with Neal and I definitely know where I'm getting my next pipe from. Damn, but I'm impressed. It still wasn't calculating shipping properly, I was just trying to navigate around the checkout, trying to figure out what it would cost.Oh well. But his shipping costs were really low. I sent him an email no response but I'm gonna call him to let him know soon. I've called and i just emailed him...hopefully i hear something from them soon, i really like the site as they have good prices and selection, and i really don't want to get turned off from them.within 20 minutes after firing off an email i got a reply. quite pleased to see that, and everything's straightened out.
