Hassouni
Quite likely. Which one did you order?
wek-sos
http://dogannargile.com/10-orta-d%C3%B6k%C3%BCm-takim.html This one right here. I sent the seller a message asking if he would mind me posting his eBay page on various websites, and asked which (of the handful I knew off the top of my head) sites he would purchase from. He said that Dogan and Tokel both do not ship, and he traveled to the Grand Bazaar to pick out the pipe for me. He also said that Yurdan was overpriced for what they sold, but I figured they were not manufacturers. I also assume that once his eBay reputation grows, he will start to charge similar prices as Turkeys Online, only charging a small fee for the first few orders so he can get good feedback. I plan on ordering a few bases and hoses once my stem arrives, so I can see how well packaged it was. I can repair a dinged up stem, but not a cracked base. But hopefully by that time, Elmas USA will have their site up and running and I can skip out on ordering internationally altogether.
A Sharrp SYBIAN
I love the dogan version of the Canary it looks bigger than the Tokel version! http://dogannargile.com/18-fenerbah%C3%A7e-nargile-takimi.html
mattarios2
Yeah I like that version more than the tokel version too. I suppose for me it goes Elmas, then Dogan, then Tokel.
A Sharrp SYBIAN
Found some sexy bohos! check these out! I love that blue and gold mini jumbo. I haven't seen Egermanns in a while. The Amber boho has very nice etchings on it! I never seen these before anyone here have something similar ? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Egermann-Bohemian-Hookah-Base-/281289342632?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item417e26bea8 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Egermann-Bohemian-Hookah-Base-/281289319463?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item417e266427 Edited March 19, 2014 by A Sharrp SYBIAN
mattarios2
I have been told the egermann cut vases are some of the best bohemians you will ever find. I am tempted to pull the trigger on one ...
A Sharrp SYBIAN
So am I. I'd jump then them if i were you. They aren't as common as they used to be. plus That amber 1 is a work of art! those etchings are unique. Perfect for any Nickel pipe. The Blue 1 is nice too. I seen those before they are pretty heavy for 10" bases. Still, i remember you said you love 12" bells! I usually don't like bell bases but that design on them is unlike anything i ever seen in a base! The bases i linked were re-listed means the seller could have a few more. Chreees
I'd sell my soul for that cut Egermann. Seriously. Wish I had the cash. That one is actually worth the price tag, IMO. Super hard to find. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
deprekate
The cut vases are BEAUTIFUL. Grab one while you can. The one of ebay (if its still there) is I believe the last one. Also the red (which is actually this amazing pinkish cranberry) is even better than I thought. Here they are with what came in the mail today

deprekate
Those are hollow right? They are hollow, but they are entirely copper, and a thick copper at that (copper can/has to be thicker than either hollow brass or stainless steel). No way, those are yours? That picture has been my phone background for a few months now. I would love to see your whole collection Deprekate Yup. They are mine. I don't intentionally collect Tunisians, I just seem to a knack for finding them. But I have come to like them alot. They are easily on par with Nawras as far as qualty. I have the matching metal bowls and windscreens (with lead handle) but forgot to put them on for pic. The 5th one I have is a smaller one, a 10" base scale, and has a removable tray. I will have to get all 5 together for an updated pic. Ya I need to get my whole collection photographed, I put a pic of half of my collection in the "Show Off" topic.
