al fakher is a slightly better smoke IMO but it is hard to find unless you order online and shipping brings it well past SB in price compared to being able to buy locally

Yeah, I would say AF is what 90% of my collection is made up of and nobody here sells it locally and if they do, its WAAAAY overpriced. I usually save a ton of money buying in bulk online. I just went with SB this time just to try something new.

i have been noticing alot of animosity towards starbuzz lately and i was wondering if it is just the price or the lack of buzz that people are hating on. i personally love tangiers and al waha but starbuzz is my go to shisha when i want massive clouds, a lot of flavor and some very unique flavor choices. so my question is am i missing out on something here or am i one of the only lovers of starbuzz here ?

THIS IS JUST MY OPINION, I don't mean to offend anyone.
starbuzz has some good flavors, when starbuzz first came out everyone thought it was the greatest shisha ever made ( I think people thought since they were charging so much for it that it must be the best), but now it seems the quality has decreased and the price hasn't. (yes, starbuzz was different when it first came out)
I smoke all kinds of brands, im not loyal to any (im a hookah smoker for life), so why should someone pay that high price when they could buy al fakher, its almost the same flavor but with a better smoke. Al fakher is an actual traditional brand unlike starbuzz, i probably could understand if al fakher was as high priced as starbuzz but its not. al fakher even spends more money on packaging their shisha than starbuzz (ever notice an al fakher 250g tub- it comes in a logo box, a logo printed tub, then sealed with a logo wrap over the tub, then has a shrink wrapped logo plastic around the tub, not to mention the shisha is packaged in a logo reseal able zip lock bag. believe me i know, packaging is very expensive, starbuzz is in a tin can with a label slapped on it and sometimes comes in a logo bag. I guarantee you that al fakher spends three times as much on packaging than starbuzz. I don't hate starbuzz in the least bit, but i don't understand the pricing for it, and their flavors didn't use to be so "soapy", it looks like they were cutting cost to gain more profits in the last year.
what's funny is that no one ever mentions how similar starbuzz name and logo resembles starbucks, was that an attempt by starbuzz to fool american shisha buyers into thinking starbuzz was better than other shisha's?
im lucky because I get starbuzz at wholesale prices, so i will continue to smoke the starbuzz flavors i like but if i was a regular retail customer I wouldn't buy starbuzz. and tonic (starbuzz new brand, i still haven't noticed a difference than starbuzz besides the label but ive only tried 3 tonic flavors so far.
I don't think people hate starbuzz now but when they release their new ad campaigns and say "Feel the buzz" when there is no buzz it becomes a turn off. starbuzz definitely has lost its appeal, but starbuzz is still a baby shisha compared to nakhla, al waha and al faker that have been producing shisha worldwide for decades now. im sure they went through growing pains like other new brands of shisha,

newbs, I would suggest trying all the shisha brands first and then ask yourself why you paid so much for starbuzz. oh yeah, starbuzz does have a lot of food coloring, tobacco is brown not blood red, food coloring doesn't enhance the flavor just the look of the shisha.

I also guarantee you that if people contacted starbuzz and told them they should lower their pricing they might listen, especially if their sales start to decrease because of their pricing.
more online sites would give better discounts on starbuzz if starbuzz would lower their pricing for businesses but they refuse to, we don't carry starbuzz on our site because of this, the only companies that make money off selling starbuzz is starbuzz themselves.
high pricing doesn't equal premium shisha
if i was a retail customer i would wait till my favorite online site gave me a good coupon code off starbuzz before buying it. I would rather spend less for more shisha than what starbuzz offers

I understand my opinion will open up bashing for our products but that's cool, bash away, it wont hurt my feelings in the least bit, feedback only improves our products.

Again, im not bashing starbuzz, just the pricing versues quality
