Bushbr
so for all of you who recieved the hookahups samples, has anyone else noticed that it takes a great deal of heat in order to get this shisha smoking like it should?i found that unless you pack about 3 QL's onto the bowl, it really doesn't seem to live up to it's potential.maybe its just me and my coals, just thought i would get everyone elses take on it
Bulldog_916
I used Rolland naturals and it only took 2 1/3s on the bowl to get it going really well. QLs seem to lack very good heat in my opinion. Cant wait to get some exoticas again!

QL's are not a pro's choice of course, but most shishas take 1 maybe 2 QL's to get shisha to go strong, but this stuff took at least 3 at a time, all i;m saying is, it seems a if this shisha needs more heat than others I've smoked
Bulldog_916
I just havent noticed that difference I suppose. It smokes really well in my opinion. It might be taking more heat than others, I just havent seen it. I used 1 QL on an egyptian bowl for it and it still smoked relatively well. ganesha
Normally I use a 2 inch and a quarter pieces of exoticas coals. I had to use 2 thirds of an exoticas (2 pieces that were about an inch and a half long) to get it to smoke with nice thick clouds... I got a decent smoke flavor wise with the smaller pieces though. r1v3th3ad
I noticed that initially it takes a lot of heat (2 1/2 33mm 3Ks), brings it to a burning point, recover, and less heat and it smokes perfectly
DarkParade
i ended up using 9 coals for one session so yea they take alot of heat
mj_b90
I used two pieces of hardwood lump charcoal to start it up in maybe a minute. Once it was going strong for a few minutes I took off the second coal and it continued to smoke well.
shisha fan
i smoked 3 of the samples with an standard egyptian claw bowl. and it was very easy to get big clouds from this tobacco. i used belgian naturals, nours and a zoghal ghaleb coals.
