Free Samples?

Recommended Posts

I feel like such a mooch posting this and if it gets deleted, then so let it be. I was laid off about a month ago and long story short I have $114.44 to my name and $950 on my credit card(my first and only). I am having a freakin hard time finding a job. I have applied at nine different places, Im not sure who I can mention on here or not, and have been to two job fairs. Im helpin out at a local motorcycle maintenance shop I used to work at, but its been about a week and still am working on the same bike(as a mechanic that is bad). I am beyond broke and luckily can still live with my parents, but I still have bills and am trying to be a good college student. Im just looking for any kind of free samples I can get(coals, shisha, accessories) and will do whatever I can in return(reviews, videos, art). Im desperate and pretty down on myself lately. Im an honest person and hope this is taken seriously.

Also if any company or website reps are on here I am pretty handy with Photoshop. If anybody or company or website wants/needs some graphics made up, please let me know.

Try your hand at writing. You may find you like it.

Is that a one-hand joke? Cuz its not funny!!! Im just playing around, and Ive tried writing and it just opens door to parts me I dont want to know.

I just got the PM Snoopy sent and he is the coolest. I really appreciate all the help anyone has to provide me. Again, Im not looking for a hand out. Im just in the pits right now. Actually, today the end of my Nammor hose fell out and hit the tile floor and broke in half. Plus I am in need of a new bowl, mine is showing a small crack near the bottom and Im afraid to use it again with the heat and pressure.

I will be sending Bulldog and Questions a PM right after this. Thanks again everyone. Edited by NUBBS

Dont worry about the bowl, I've used bowls for months on end that have half the stem missing, just wrap it up with duct tape, electrical tape, whatever...
Sure smoke and glycerin would run out the bottom of the bowl, but it worked.

You can super glue the nammor back together. I broke my first one the same way you did, but it was the end that goes into the hose port. I glued back together and I have no problems since.

mmmm, super glue buzz

If you let it air out after it dries I'm sure it'd be fine. After all, the mouthpiece wont be heating up or anything.
edit: you can find something to use as a mouthpiece or even pieces for a whole new hose at home depot or w/e too Edited by bassman65

I do not know if it was 'super glue' but some sort of plastic gel weld stuff. It was only a buck fifty for it and it worked great. Just use a little so it doesn't not get inside. A little dab will do ya....lol

I am very careful about repairing anything like that so I do not poison myself.

Thank You Todd, Eddie, Arnold, and Bill. I have only received packages from Snoopy and Bulldog, but I know you guys are trying to help. I appreciate everything. Thamk you again.

I fixed my hose end with some plastic epoxy and HS sent me a new one anyway. I think its a 2.0 too.
