NOOOO! Why does everyone quote wikipedia like its gospel or something? I went to the wikipedia section on hookahs and I found "shoreside" listed as a shisha brand dry.gif

Legal age in Italy is 14 to smoke, and 16 to buy tobacco. Some schmuk from Canada changed the wikipedia entry today, see the pages history!

Incidently someone removed the legal age requirement to buy tobacco from the Malta section. But the really funny thing is, Mathuv, that persons IP address was also from Malta! Golly! And it turns out they must know a thing or two about Malta, cause in February the same IP address made change to the Balzan and Lija pages. Gosh, wonder who wink.gif

hahaha yeah you caught me, but i was editing it. its 16 to smoke and 18 to buy (debated) but no one (not even the police) take any notice of the 18 bit, its actually 18 to buy cigarettes from machines, so you can still buy them from shops and stuff if you're 16.. doesnt make sense wink.gif in fact when buying tobacco, shops normally ask if you're 16 (unless you look older) and if you show them a +16 ID you're fine.. i doubt the "18 to purchase" part because I go to a government run school and everyone is between 16-17, you still see them smoking just outside the front door (on school grounds) and buying tobacco from the local shops....
