10ryno
I was wondering if someone could tell me who makes the flavor Dragon's Blood and where I can buy. Or is it a mix of flavors? I had it in milwaukee and my friend had it in georgia so I know it exists.

Rani
Dragon's Blood is a plant. Both ink and fragrance come from it. The plant got it's name because of the ink's opaque red color that will permanently stain anything it comes into contact with. Heavily used in Wiccan rituals traditionally it's considered a "magical" plant and can't be used for anything "evil" but only for positive influence, and yeah, it's fragrance is really very nice. My suggestion is you check your local "craft" stores and pick up an essential oil from it and then duplicate it through trial and error mixing.'Rani

There are two varieties of plants that the resin comes from. It's bright red drops from the "wounded" plant, hence Dragon's Blood, from a species of draceana. *Essential Oil Geek* (Yup, hoards vials of BPAL oils like vials of crack, don't ask.) Snoopy1966
I have some Dragons Blood Incense oil. The stuff smell amazing, but I do not think it would be a good flavor to smoke. I use it as a perfume oil for me also. Just a little dab, and smoosh it into my beard.

It's not harmful to smoke or ingest as far as I know (in it's pure form anyhow), it's been used medicinally for centuries.

Besides other really cool things. Can't beat it when someone asks what you're wearing, and it's Embalming Fluid, Death Cap or Malice...lol Or Blood. That one gets some funny looks as well. crisbeatz
Dragon's blood is also a flavor for sno-cones. When I was in Killeen, TX they used to sell them there. They also sold Tiger's blood flavor (which happens to be a combo of cherry and coconut, excellent for hookah, I love it) and some other animals blood. I do know that all three were Cherry based. iron molly black
QUOTE (Snoopy1966 @ Apr 24 2008, 03:51 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Cool, thanks for the info about the oilshttp://www.blackphoenixalchemylab.com/bb.htmlI absolutely love it!! Any recommendations??Well, if you look on the intro page, you can buy "Imp's Ears", which are 1 ml samples, for $3.50 each or 6 for $19.95, that's a good way to start. They generally throw some random freebies in with every order, too. An imp will actually last a looong time, because it's essential oil. If you go to the forum (listed on the left side of the page), there is a reviews section, so you can read reviews of all the fragrances. As far as what to try, it depends on what types of scents you like best. You can do a search for dragon's blood (again on the left side menu), and it will list all the scents with that in it. If you get scents you don't care for, there is a whole on-line community on the forum boards where you can trade the imps with others for some you might like better! Here is their list of more traditionally "male" blends, although a lot of their stuff is gender neutral. I wear a lot of this stuff, and a lot of guys I know wear things not on this list. But it's a place to start.BEWITCHING BREWSAbsintheAureusBlack ForestChypreEidolonIagoMagusOmenOld Port-Au-PrinceOld RomeOneiroiNamasteShadowUmbraFUNEREAL OILSBaron SamediDarknessDespairEmbalming FluidSepulcherThanatopsisDARK ELEMENTSBurialHurricaneInfernoUndertowSIN & SALVATIONAnathemaBacchanaliaCathedralDamnationDeSadeFaustusHellfireLaudanumNeroPenitenceSinTormentLOVE POTIONSEndymionGolden PriapusRavenousSaturnaliaSatyrSnake OilDIABOLUSArkhamBansheeBloodlustCzernobogEntropyFenris WolfHakkotsuJabberwockyLoup GarouMalicePainSerpent's KissSpectreTyphonVenomVillain A few other suggestions from the forum: Tombstone, Bluebeard, Jolly Roger, Lear, Blood, The Caterpillar, Imp, Malediction, Highwayman (most DEFINATELY), Loviatar, Vicomte de Valmont, Texcatlipoca...LOTS to choose from!
