Keeping Shisha Fresh?

Recommended Posts

I finally recieved my three 250g of starbuzz today and was somewhat suprised to find the seal on those cans isn't very tight.

usually i'll just toss my stuff into a ziplock bag and keep them in a little container.

is that seal on those cans trust worthy?
or is there a better method then just ziplocks and what not?

"ball" glass jars with the 2 part lids for making your own jellies and canned foods work better than anything else. imo.

a great idea..except I'd end up with glass and shisha everywhere one night...I'm a little clumsy... blush.gif

+1 to the lock and lock containers.

+100000000 to these containers:

Eric himself uses these.

Unfortunately you have to buy them in lots of 239238529357983257. My dear mother saves them whenever she gets her hands on one and gives them to me for "food". I use them for shisha that I like to keep over 500g of. Edited by MechAnt

I my theory, I think he uses those because they seal decent. What I mean is that its not airtight, which in a way is good for tangiers. I think other tobaccy besides tangiers would get dry over a period of time.

that'd be a bad deal, but if your floors were clean enough you could just sweep it up, pick out the big chunks and smoke it just the same, the glass may even help to keep it aerated... or just burn the crap out of it.
