Balthazar
Not able to enjoy my Hafa much these days. My parents don't like me smoking the hookah at home (or around them), and until I move out (should be some time this autumn) I have to follow their rules. I used to stick to smoking only when everyone else went on vacation, but beng hooked on the damned K-peach I kinda want to be able to enjoy it more often.Anyways, it's starting to get hot in Norway (at least by our standards) adn there's nothing better than having a relaxing day outside, drinking some beer and enjoying good food. Expept just that + hookah. Me and some friends tend to have these small trips into the woods, where we grill and drink beer. I've always wanted to include hookah on these trips, but I don't like dragging my hafa into woods, especially not when there's alcohol in the picture (it's not like we're getting that drunk, but still ...). So what I'm looking for is a small hookah that's really easy to set up and get started. The thing is, I don't really know what to buy. Been looking at the Bambino and QT. Any tips? Also, some tips on tobacco and coals would be greatly appreciated. When I'm not at home I probably won't bother with natural coals. I've never tried 3kings, but I hear a lot of good things about them. Do they get the job done? As far as tobacco goes, in my experience AF can handle heat pretty well (don't think I've ever had a bad bowl of AF). Do you think that would be a good choise when being a little lazy with the hookah?Again, this is just for trips and such. When I'm at home or at friends I'll stick to my KM, natural coals and the lovely K-peach.

Balthazar
Thanks!I think I'll go for a QT. Picked some tobacco too. As far as the 3kings go, what size should I buy? 33mm or 40mm? Wouldn't it be better with smaller coals on a bowl that's not very wide?So far my order looks like this.Mya QT (Blue)Al Falker 50g (Watermelon)Al Falker 50g (Melon)Al Falker 50g (Strawberry)Tangiers 50g Sample Pack (Red Tea) (x2)Got some tobacco already, so I doubt that I need anymore for the time being.Again, thanks

manic007
I dont know if you've already ordered, but I would consider buying a base protector for the QT. I brought this one and it fits like a glove, the colour also matchs my base beautifully:http://www.shisha-world.com/Glasschoner+Gruen+120cm.htmBut I'm sure all good shisha websites will sell them. Balthazar
Thanks for the tips. As for Tangiers tobacco, I got lots of it already, so I'm good there. K-peach is by far my favourite flavour, and tangiers is my favourite brand. Every trip will include a bowl of tangiers, that's for sure.Nakhla melon ... Never tasted it. I tried Nakhla sweet melon, and didn't care for it. Worth mentioning that it was smoked in a phunnel bowl, and in my experience Nakhla is better in regular bowls. So I'll give the melon another go. Won't remove the AF melon though, I love that flavour.manic007: thanks for the tip. I'll be ordering from The Devil's Playground, and as far as I can see Neal does not have the protector in the store. But at the end of this month I'll be placing a huge order of tea on shisha-world (they got the best coal AND the best tea ^^) and I'll be sure to include the vase protector in that order. Thanks for the tip If anyone's wondering why I'm ordering these small amounts of tobacco it's because I'm afraid of getting raped when it enters Noway. To put it this way, if they identify the tobacco I'll be sent back about 50$ for every 100g of tobacco. So far I've been lucky, and both HC's and TDP's packages has slipped through.
