Well I just ordered my new hookah from Social Smoke a few days ago and I should be getting it some time this week. Anyway, I was so impressed with the service I received I thought you guys should know.
First off, I'm pretty new to the whole hookah scene.  My friend bought a hookah awhile back and got me hooked.  So for the last year I've been going to the local hookah lounges and have grown quite accoustomed.  So a couple of week ago I decided to buy my own.  Thats when I found this forum and started reading up on all of your guys' advice (which has been more than helpful, thank you all.)  Anyway, after deciding exactly what I wanted I started checking out websites.  I think I went to all of the different websites listed here on the forum and Social Smoke's was by far the most proffessional and customer friendly.(In my opinion)  So after looking through their hookahs I had a few questions and decided to send a message through their online help section.  Whithin minutes I got an email in response.  Ali N was more than helpfull in answering every one of my questions honestly and thuroughly.  After that we emailed back and forth several times clearing up some confusions I'd had about one of their hookahs. I've purchased a number of things online and my expirience with Social Smoke has by far been the best expeirence.  Not to mention, the hookahforum discount (15%) saved me almost 20$. I'll be recieving my hookah this week and i'll update to let you guys know that everything came ok and to fill you in on the condition and quality of the hookah.  I'm sure it will be top quiality though. Anyway, I just thought others should know of my great expirience.

Cool! Glad everything went smoothly for you. Ali is indeed a nice guy. When Af was getting hard to get a while back he hooked me up with a supply of AF ESK apple from his reserve stash.  We actually spoke on the phone a few times.

Cool, I've tried orange and melon al waha. The orange was good, the melon was..interesting.
Everyone seems to be real impressed with al amir around here lately, so sounds like you made some fine choices. Feel free to post your personal reviews on the flavours when yu get the chance. I'm REAL interested in hearing about the pomogrante...If it's good perhaps we could arrange a trade for samples.
ERRR..one QUICK question...if a rotator is so you don't have to worry about knocking something over or rotateing the hookah to pass the hose around a circle of friends, WHY then get one with 3 hoses that you wont have to be passing it around in a circle to your friends??

Social Smoke has been the best company to work with, hands down. 
I also have always been pleased with the quality of their
products.  I don't think you can do better than them, as far as
online hookah purchases go.  I have not tried every site, but they
are the best for me so far.

I bought the social smoke Minor and for a small portable hookah could'nt go wrong. The customer service is tremendous that is definetly how you run a buiness.

social smoke have always been good to me. i love my hookah 22" egyptian and the customer service always impresses me. im not sure what my thoughts on rotating hookahs are, ive never used one but they seem kinda unneccessary to me.

SS is great as are all of the retailers who visit this board.  With such a niche market and just because of what smoking hookah is about, I find it hard to imagine how one could operate such a business with bad customer service.
