Manchester wilmslow has a large number of shisha cafes an shops who are selling for £48. The official retailers themselves have pushed prices up. I have orders from shisha cafes buying off me for £30 (when wholesale AF price is £27 bulk buy from official retailers) so i presume they are struggling to find cheaper?
