ZenSilk
Laws in my state only mention Tobacco products. Nothing about "Herbal" tobacco, which in fact is not tobacco. Whether you can even have a good experience with something like Soex is of course in the eye of the beholder, but whether it is legal is actually not stated in a place that i can find. Actually, as a matter of fact, this is how 'Smoking" is defined; "The possession of any lighted tobacco product in any form". So if you are smoking Soex Herbal and it contains absolutely no tobacco there is no law against smoking it anywhere. BUT, all herbal products are labelled as "Herbal Tobacco Products" so maybe that can count as a for of tobacco, as in the companies were told by the FDA or whoever to label them in that way. But from what i can gather from the laws, there is in fact no laws at all for herbal smoking. Take for example you have a wooden pipe. You stuff it with, let's say, wormwood, a plant, and you smoke it. If you areunder 18 there is nothing saying you can't do that. Same goes with Soex or the like, it is in fact not tobacco so you cannot get in trouble with the Law, according to the law itself; no matter what age you are, or where you are. mattathayde
supposedly there is an old law in VA that says something to the effect (affect effect, what ever) that if you "find" a tobacco product its ok if you are 17 or something like that, just one of those old laws that never got tossed out.up in maine idk, just from what i know about the NE, laws seem to be kinda stricter on some things.also if you try and keep him from smoking it, herbal or normal hes going to want to do it more, your still young enough to fully understand this, when you go hang out with friends if one of them said "o your not 21 your going to have a soda/ non-alcoholic beer" you would look at them and tell them to shove it if you wanted to have a drink.idk, my 2 cents-matt
