StarCuzz
what is the deal???the one difference with the unwashed and the unwashed is that the former is acclimated and the latter is not acclimated?...i read that the unwashed and the washed have to be done the same... (like the coal management, learning curve, et cetera)is this true?

(like the coal management, learning curve, et cetera)is this true?I'm assuming when you say unwashed and unwashed you means washed and unwashed. The deal is that the unwashed tobacco (from my first hand experience) can be packed like other brands and sprinkled into an egyptian bowl along with being packed into a funnel bowl. It's up to you which you prefer smoking from. When it comes to acclimation the best thing to do is try the tobacco out, if it doesn't smoke right straight out of the bag then it probably needs acclimating. guyt
does the lucid line need to be acclimated like the regular Tangiers?

I was talking about the lucid (washed) tobacco above.guyt - Here in San Diego I haven't had to acclimate the lucid line but it may be because we make the tobacco here and the humidity and weather is rather constant all over San Diego. I'm sure once people in more extreme climates smoke the tobacco we will have more answers. I can say, however, that the weather here in San Diego has been all over the place and I haven't noticed any significant changes in the way the lucid tobacco smokes. StarCuzz
is the modification good to do with it?
mdl
I've never used the mod before. I guess it could be good for cutting down the amount of tobacco you use. The best thing to do is experiment with what works best for you.

They just tasted so good with all the liquor I had in me!10 minutes after I finshed the last one, I got so sick I wanted to die. It was nearly as bad as my alcohol poisoning. No joke.Since then, I smell a clove and my stomach gets upset.
Jeff_T
Why is the lucid $3 more than the reg. tangiers line and $1 more than F-line? Seems a little steep to me, but it wont stop me ordering.
mdl
There is an extra step in production of the Lucid line which takes time and energy and thus is reflected in the pricing.
