Bulldog_916
Guy has it up for 50 bucks, I'm gonna offer him 35 cash when I get paid, plus I wanna see it first. That's the only pic he has up of it.

Bulldog_916
I'm asking if I should pick this thing up. It doesnt look like a modern Egyptian hookah but one more suited to Tombac or other tobaccos requiring direct coal burning. I'm not sure though, that's why I wanted an educated opinion on the matter. Thanks.
bassman65
Guessing Tombac etc. since the bowl is attached to the stem, and if its the modern style at all, it'd require a ton of shisha.
Majid
You can use it for shisha tobacco but it's unwieldy, you can just put a layer of foil over the top and fill the bowl with 15 grams, the heat will conduct properly so you'll get decent smoke even if the space between coal and tobacco is big. It's more ornamental though. not as good for shisha smoking.

antouwan
this is for sure a northwest african style water pipe. probably made in morocco or something. a friend of mine has one ver similar to that. i don't think it's worth it. the metal head is used for smoking the old style of tombak, the hose is very short, and there's no purge valvejust my 2 centavos
