Tangiers Problem? Yeah Another One

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

So I used taniers orange soda last night for the first time on a non tangiers bowl. But now have my tangiers small and medium bowls.

This is what I did with the tangiers before using it. about 1pm I put the shisha in serving bowl and spread it out a bit and put it in my room, I stired it twice till about 11pm (I was at work).

I packed it supertight like it says in the packaging, used thick foil.
Put on a single coal, and then another 1, it tasted kinda nice and was thick smoke, then its not that it tasted burnt or thin, but after about a second of sucking it in, it became unsmokable, it would kinda hurt (maybe thats what harsh is) but the taste was still there.

I put another bowl on and it was fine.

The packaging only says to let it out for a few hours.

So any other advise or things I can do?

Thanks

try using several small pieces. Tangiers needs very low heat.

Poke a ton, im not even jokin like 435832520284374348534 holes in the foil. Seriously like that many. Then use maybe 2 pieces of coal to get the bowl warm then once its warm and startin to cook real nice take off one coal and use the other just to maintain the temp. Thats what I do and it works well.
