Johnny_D
Top man I allow it to settle into the tobacco for a few days before smoking it and will mix a little with honey to remove any soapy after taste.

This is just what I heard)-H&S
Johnny_D
I wonder if anyone actually reads my posts Glycarin is used as the agent to 'cook' the tobacco. You should probably use between 20-40ml's per 250g'sa little honey can be mixed to keep things sweet. If I take a pack of quite dry Nahkla Orange and add 38ml's of glucarin and leave it to soak for a few daysI have a wet nahkla that still tastes of oranges JD
Majid
damn it i have to try this. I tried just adding honey, that seems to prevent the tobacco from burning but dampen the smoke development a little bit.

You can get Anal Glycarin and dispite what other's may suggest - If it's intended to be shoved up the ass, I ain't smoking it.JD

cymptom
As I understand it, glycerin is what produces the smoke. The more glycerin you add, the more likely you are to get thick fluffy clouds, but you're also more likely to water down your flavor. I'd suggest adding a little at a time -- you can always add more, but you can't bring back the flavor once it's been watered down.
mattarios2
Sorry i didn't post back guys, i bought the glycerin at shaws at the drug section. The doc there told me it was for dry skin, and i told him i was using it for hookah tobacco and only using like a teaspoon for 250g of tobacco, he said thats fine, it is only harmful if you drink like 4 ounces of it at once. 4 ounces cost me 3 bucks, i added 1 tsp of glycerin and 1 tsp of honey to 250g of peach nakhla and it is now amazing. But yes i smoked it right after adding it, and it tasted a lil soapy. I let it sit and tried it today, and it was much MUJCH better, so wait a day or two if you try this method. I didn't get the vegi glycerin b/c i couldn't find it, but apparently normal glycerin works just fine, just don't put too much like JD suggested. seefoodlover
What is the consistency of this stuff? Is it thick like a local honey, or is it thin, or is it medium thickness, like corn syrup?

Snoopy1966
I ordered some at my local pharmacy last night and I told them I need food grade. The pharmacist said the ones with a USP symbol on it means is is safe for human consumption and it the purest you will get. I told them what I needed it for and they just looked at me strange and said it will be fine for adding it to the tobacco.
