nathan_Choi
This is very interesting. A totally washable hose that is also cheap. So how did you get the tips off? Just cut em off a hose, and glued the tubing in as a replacement?
Snoopy1966
I hope to make my 2 broken nammors into one good one today. I need to go get a hot glue gun though to put it all back together. You think that would be the best way to do it??

Even though hot glue is non-toxic, you also have to consider the taste it could impart.
Alademuerte
Yeah, I made myself one of them too. Clear vinyl tubing with Mya hose ends... The only problem is you need to frequently clean it.. The vinyl allows for bacteria to build quickly along with the moisture...Plus when it's cold the hose stiffens up, and without a super tight grommet, the hose ends will fall out of the hookah due to the stiffness of the hose. Here's the thread for it, http://www.hookahforum.com/index.php?showtopic=13233QUOTE (teq @ May 8 2008, 09:32 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>QUOTE (Snoopy1966 @ May 8 2008, 06:24 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>I hope to make my 2 broken nammors into one good one today. Dont permanently glue it or anything.. Like I said, you need to be able to take off the hose because fungus and bacteria will grow. I used small hose clamps. leadpipecinch21
have fun when it gets stiff and coils back up and doesn't ever come fully out of the coil.i've been using one of those for close to a year, on and off, and it's still stiff as shit. they're nice, but the flexibility of a real hose is that much nicer. The weight of the brass keeps the hose from putting up much resistance, while the connectors allow you to vary the length of the hose.
ZenSilk
The Nammors have never been 3/4" on the inside really anyway... Actually, compared to my modded Polyeurathane hose that is really 3/4", they suck ballsack. And they break apart WAY too easily... I had one go in a month flat. The razans seem to last longer though, and be more durable.

The cloth will fall off easily if you get the handles wet, at least in my experience. I was able to butcher my razan by simply getting it wet. No scissors necessary. mathuv
too bad i cant find that pvc tubing anywhere in malta.. closest i got was either with garden hose, which is really stiff, or with aquarium tubing, which makes the pull reallly hard.

Otherwise, they should sell the tubing that looks like vacuum hose.

Bulldog_916
+1 I did that with my Mya washable after it broke down. I got a long damn good use out of that thing before it took a dump. I'm loving the vinyl though. I got a cotton ball on a string to clear the hose of water after I clean it. PERFECT.
