Coolest Hookah Usage

I know there are many out there that will trump mine BUT, THE coolest thing ive seen done with the hookah is taking a citrus blend shisha, place it INSIDE an orange, tin foil the top of the orange (Orange insides are cut out a little to hold the shisha) SMOOTH flavor

The coolest way I've enjoyed my hookah is during an event that's relatively well known at my school called "Floatopia" which is hanging out, drinking, and floating around on the beach and ocean. I brought all my pipes out and my friends did too and we had literally 50 people gathered around smoking and having an excellent time. Beer, hot girls in scandalously clad bikinis, ocean, beach, hookah. What more could you ask for? I didn't take pics but my friends did, I'll look for a few.

i was at my buddies house the night before he passed away we were in the hot tub with him and his girl and my girl at the time all just drinkin blue moon and 151 margaritas and puffin away at some AF sweet melon and SB chocomint and just shootin the breeze and talking about what we were gonna do once we got out of college and how we were gonna go dirtbike riding the day after next but unfortunately he got t-boned by a drunk driver mon the way home the next morning *after he sobered up i dont let my friends EVER drive drunk* (who was lucky for him also killed or else i would have hunted him down myself) and we were never able to go riding but i remember him everytime i get on a bike

i think the coolest thing i've done with a hookah was paint it, then paint it again, and again til it was just right, then sprayed on mother of pearl, and 5 layers of clear coat. it looked great, but hookahs aren't meant to be white imo. so i got the steel wool and took it down to the brass.

coolest for me was setting up in the middle of a creek, sitting on a log I canoed to, in the middle of nowhere...was great.
If its not raining, tomorrow I'm gonna climb my tree in my front yard(moving home today), and smoke one up there

Coolest I have done so far, but not with my hookah , with a friends, was when a bunch of us went camping and smoked out under the stars and just talked. Was really nice and relaxing, and was just really chilled.

Last night I made fruit bowls at my friends hookah bar (narghile nights). I made 2 water mellon bowls, 2 orange bowls and 2 lemon bowls and a pinapple bowl and hollowed out the top of the pineapple and used it as a wind cover so it just looked like a pinally on top and you couldnt see and foil or coals. It was awesome. Next week im making a hookah ENTIRELY out of watermellons, bowl, vase and stem. Coming out of the back with a watermellon on top people FREAKED lol I heard a lot of WTF hes smoking out of a watermellon!

I agree with many on here fruit heads are ftw. A few months back I smoked Layalina Cola out of an apple head, and it changed the flaovr is a really good way. In a mod bowl and egyptian bowl, it kept getting this really tart taste, and it was gone with the appple.

But my favorite time was when my friend's dad said we had to get this couch and table out of the house. He comes home to the couch and table on the front lawn under the tree, and me and 3 friends smoking his 4 hose rotator. He was nice and said it could stay there awhile.

Lately, I've only been smoking out of fruit heads. It intensifies the juiciness of the tobacco.

But, the coolest thing I've done lately... 6 shots of Vodka in the base. We felt it after 15 minutes.

A memorable experience was some friends and I hiking up Lookout Mountain around 10pm. We had two acoustic guitars, a djembe African drum, and my old Syrian Ice Chamber hookah. It was a clear and starry night and the trail was lit up from the moon. Once we got to the top, we setup the hookah, got a small camp fire going, and had an acoustic jam session while smoking hookah for a couple of hours. The view of North Phoenix was simply stunning... Definitely an experience I will not forget.

My best was at school I was hanging with a few of my friends from Burma and they suggested a mix of wine and Coke in the base. we did that with about 1/3 wine and 2/3 Coke and a 50/50 split of AF white grape and AF cola. Excellent.

a few of my favorite experiences with hookah....

one time me and some friends went to the "devils tramping ground" (if you're in NC you've heard of it) mostly to see if a few of them could get scared since it was Halloween. But while they were trying to scare themselves I made a fire and we sat there with hookah just chillin. smoking some X on the Beach with mint.

Another time was taking it to a concert and an outdoor movie, just enjoying myself.

Before I bought my hookah I made one from a bottle of my favorite rum Pyrat XO reserve. Great stuff. The corks that seal the bottles are nice and soft natural cork. I used two of these corks. One for the seal into the bottle and one as the grommit. Made a down stem and used a piece of vinyl tubing for a hose.

I took this with me on a trip to VT during the winter. My friends and I spent a long time digging out the outdoor wood stove from a snox bank that had encased it. After we got that out and going we had essentially a small room with no roof made of snow with the stove in the middle. So i dug out a place for my hookah in the snow and had a great chilled smoke next to the fire with friends and good drinks.

I've never done it myself, although I want to, there is a lounge I used to frequent that offered fruit bowls. They had Apples, mangos, pineapples, and melons. They were incredible tasting. I should definitely try that at home with some apples I just got form the super market.
