I do not know where its from but I was told its a Syrian. Includes hose, bowl, and whats in the pics. (has a diffuser made for it). Here are some pics Can include a blue vase for this if you prefer. I have no idea how this smokes, I have not used this item, nor has it been used before. Looking for $60 + shipped, OBO.
