Voski
I had my friends go get some tobacco. They came back with starbuzz white peach which is one of my favorite flavors from starbuzz. As soon as I open the tin I notice that it isn't double bagged nor does it have a starbuzz logo on the bag. When we opened the bag it stopped smelling like white peach and the cut looked nothing like starbuzz =(. But we smoked it anyway and it had thick smoke but it did not taste like white peach and went to ass in less then an hour.So just be on the look out for fakes!Oh and this thing had the biggest stem I have ever seen. You could bearly lay it across the bottom of the tin.

He carries a pretty big account with them and a few tins I opened were with a thicker plastic bag and no logo. I asked about and he said, yeah, they were changing their inside packaging. Instead of double bagging and printing they were reducing costs by going to the thicker but less expensive unprinted single bag. And I have gotten a rare bad tin. In fact it was white peach.'Rani
hilikus
And I thought I was just going crazy. This SAME thing happened to me with the white peach I bought online (it wasn't in the regular Starbuzz packaging). Although, it didn't necessarily start tasting bad - it just seemed dry. Weird.. spoolinspoon
I have had three kindas of bags before they they are all legit. There is the original starbuzz logo bag which is whiteish and double bagged. Then there is the whiteish bag with no logos double bagged. And last the glossy clear plastic.

Voski
I actually meant Peaches and Cream but wrote White Peach for some reason. But it doesn't make a difference. The tin looks like any other starbuzz and I inspected it very carfully. Just by the cut I can tell it isn't starbuzz and the smell isn't right either. I will post pics tommorow though.George this is the shop its letter J on the map I have bought stuff from them before and I have never had this problem. smoke shop

Never had a problem like this before. The owner him self is probably unaware that he;s carrying fake starbuzz!
AKammenzind
Yet another reason to boycott starbuzz. Not only do they charge way too damn much, but if yinz are right they're trying to make even more profit, at the expense of product quality. I'll stick with my nakhla. It's always good, and I don't think anyone in their right mind would try to make fake nakhla
Sariél
My last tin (peaches and cream) was also very dry compared to normal SB. At least it was only 15.99 a tin at Super King market in Glendale.

Sometimes quality control slips and you're occasionally going to get a bad batch. Witness all the recalls for everything from baby food to toys to pet food. It happens. Not that they shouldn't keep trying to eliminate the problems, but when you manufacturer in mass quantities, sometimes it just happens. I won't stop buying it, although generally I prefer Fusion anyway because Starbuzz has some great flavors. Now on the other hand if the quality consistently drops then I'd stop buying it altogether.'Rani
