David
I contacted my local customs office and figured out a way to import some shisha tobacco The bad thing is that I have to pay 5 cents for each gramm I import, due to special tobacco customs which i must pay. That may not sound alot, but I'm planning on buying 500 grams. Which means, that i'll be paying 100$ in customs, and about 20$ on the actual tobacco. No use crying over that, the only shisha café here only serves Nakhla Double apple, and the're aren't that many people who go there for shisha, so the tobacco is getting pretty dry and stale, so I MUST get me some fresh and tasty tobacco. So, I'm gonna get to the point. Any tips on deaking customs?

HookahDuck
a buddy of mine said he got airport security to stop harassing him over some ma'assel by telling them it was a special type of incense. The dog sniffed it, and they let him leave without a problem.
jmexx
Well... if it's from the states, I think their regular mail service is the best way to go. Make sure to mention to the ma'assel distributer that customs may be a problem, normally they write something that doesn't catch the customs eye. Mainly shisha or hookah products or something like that. That should help you out PM me if you have any questions.Jon
David
Thanks for the replies. The thing with customs here, is that if I am receiving bulk mail, I have to go to the customs office and pick it up, no matter if it is tobacco or a gift from a relative overseas. If the customs notice that the package is from a company, they demand a receipt from me, or else they have permission to check the box for a receipt. IF on the other hand, I claim the package as a gift, then the customs have no problem in letting me take the package.. But would a company ship the box to me, with no receipt inside, and no markings on the outside?
mushrat
Some companies have been willing to mark the customs forms as "gift" for folks in countries with strict customs laws. I sent a box to Soup marked "gift" and contents as "fruit candy" to explain any possible smell. Didn't have any problem. I'd be happy to do the same for you if you want. Lakemonster
IN theory....... a copuple people could work out a trade situation. The poor folks up in Canada have what we want.......... and Canadians need what we have. You want Shisha.... we want good Cigars.

[LB]
yeah just order it and make sure it is unmarked- i cant think of websites that dont do that. Ignore the tax completely 99 percent of the time packages arent opened.
