Khalil Mamoon Tri Metal Blue Problem

Just bought a Khalil Mamoon Tri metal Blue from worldhookah and finaly got to smoke it today for the first time, it is an amazing peice and I love it. but on to the problem, when i put the stem onto the base it tends to lean to the side facing the hose. I am confident it is not the hose because with no hose it still leans that way. What can I do?

Sounds like you need to make your stem fit tighter in the vase. Use a MYA band if you have one, or wrap the stem where the grommet goes on with good tape or plumbers tape and then put the grommet on and see how it fits. Put more tape on or take it off depending on the fit. Remember to make sure the grommet and vase opening are wet so you can put it in easier and also remove easier.

I had the same problem. Do what Snoopy said. Wrap some tape around where the stem grommet fits until you get the right fit. It should be nice and tight but not very difficult to pull out again. I used some masking tape which works great and is not very sticky or hard to remove. Should be perfect once it's done

Go to a smoke shop that carries hookahs and find a nice grommet [take your hookah with you and keep on testing different grommets until you find one that suits you. thats what i did].
