crimsonkingjv
So I asked this in my other post but it keeps getting over looked. I keep reading about needing to aclimate (sp?) the tabacco when you get it; but why and how? Can someone give me some info on this? Also since I'm here, when should I start looking to upgrade the bowl and hoses? Should I start by upgrading? Thanks everyone.
iamscott06
You really only need to acclimate Tangiers, you let it sit out and adjust to the climate..As for you bowl and hose, an upgrade is always nice. Phunnel Bowl + Nammor/Razan hose = God Like Sessions!!
Stuie
You only need to really acclimate Tangiers. You acclimate tobacco by letting it adjust to the temperature and humidity of a room. The signal it is done is it smells like it is suppose to taste!Hose: Nammor/Razan HoseBowls: So many favored ones hereMHN Jet PhunnelTangiers PhunnelSocial Smoke HemiMod BowlSuper Cheif
crimsonkingjv
Wow, awesome guys, thank you. So the Nammor hose is better than those cobra ones? I thought I saw that the cobras were the best on the market (or so they claimed). Thank you for the info on acclimating, that is good to know. What are the major benefits from different bowl and hose types?
SimplexCoda
oh no way the cobras sucked trust me i have had both cobra and nammor. I could take the cobra off the pipe and it was still like trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose. But yes you only need to acclimate tangiers. crimsonkingjv
Nice, thank you. What is the difference between different hoses and different bowls? What makes one better than another? Thanks

liquidglass
Hose wise, any hose that isn't sold as "washable" has metal rings on the inside to keep the structure of the hose, these rust no matter how much you try to prevent it. It just happens, you can't help it. Nammor/Razan: are washable and are huge hoses, so you've got the best of both worldsor you could make your own using your current hose: check the how-to-funhouse
crimsonkingjv
Ah, I see now. I didn't know all unwashable hoses had metal rings in them, thanks for the info. What is the difference between bowls? What makes one better than the others? I am really new to the world of hookah (haven't even tried one yet) and I am trying to get all the info I can. Thanks again.
