Only took two pics tonight... it was kind of slow, and I only had my phone... sorry they are a lil blurry... 1st one is a medium rare + (cooked to medium rare, plus 60 seconds... don't ask me why!!!) KC strip with steak butter toping, and a side of bone marrow, with red wine sauce:2nd is a NY strip with blue cheese crust, finishing off in the broiler... I think it was a medium. I can't remember.
