Everything else unscrew as well; including the Heart and the downstem. Also included is a non-coated un-used brass downstem. It has been used no more then 6 times, and has been thoroughly cleaned after every session, and once more before storage. It is in perfect condition. The base is a hand-painted, hand-blown blue glass with gold details. It will come with 2 Syrian style hoses, un-used, and one Egyptian hose, un-used. All grommets included, along with 1 Egyptian Bowl. The retail price is $134.99, I purchased it from Piratehookahs, back when it was still around.
