My Nammor Has A Leak =(

Recommended Posts

My nammor is leaky from the bottom part of the handle. Anyone else have this problem? I am going to wrap it with electrical tape but I think it makes it look trashy =/

Hot glue gun and a pop sickle stick. Seal it up and the little sweat band should cover it up.

I was gonna suggest either the sealant or hot glue....topped off with colored electrical tape.

I hate when awesome hoses have to be difficult.....its fixable so no worries smile.gif

So I tried fixing it last night. I got a tight ring of glue around it and I checked it for leaks and to my dismay I found more! =( The actual hose was leaking from its seam where the leather(?) wraps around the hose. There was also a very tiny cut in the leather(?) and that was leaking too. So I glue gunned those and ran to the store to get some tape. Gluing the actual hose was a bad idea. I noticed once I started bending it that the glue just came off. I wrapped all the problem parts with electrical tape and that seems to have fixed it.

I am quite disappointed with the build quality of the hose. It feels very loose at the base of the handle. I predict it will just fall out in a few months. Sucks for a $20+ hose. angry.gif

Dude, our Nammor has the same exact problem. Bad hose engineering I guess. Thanks for the electrical tape tip.

  • 4 weeks later...
Update. My hose is just falling apart at this point. The mouthpiece falls out on its own and the glue that held its rubber grommet in place is no longer sticky. Just as I predicted the handle is separating from the hose. Theres a nice big hole which will rip if I keep using it. So I ordered another one from www.nazarhookah.com. Maybe the Razan will be better built.

I got the hose in December 07

I have the same problem. leak from the seam right under the handle then little holes started to form. First fixed with glue then made it look like shit so used green electrical tape (same color as hose) and have to change it out every couple of weeks.

I emailed hookah-shisha and they told me because I had the hose for 6 months they could only offer me another one at half price. I have had 6 other hoses last for almost two years and those aren't as expensive or washable as the nammor :/ if they do free shipping I might order it.

They said they would pay for shipping if I paid for half of the hose. Then I let them knowni feel like the hose was defective. A lot of people are having the same issue and on their site it says the hose will last an untold amount of time and should be washed after every use.

No response yet.
