im sorry, we don't really talk about nh devices here.

ass for an all 1 piece glass hookah, it would be incredibly hard. youd need at least 2 pieces and it would still be incredibly difficult. Edited by Johnny_D

I am nervous enough about breaking a normal hookah... I couldn't let that in my house... it would be shattered in a week.

But back to the original post what is rusting. I have had a pharaoh for over 5 years and it's in perfect condition. Do you clean your hookah regularly? Do you buy something of quality and not the $20 hookahs found everywhere?

Correct me if I wrong, if you go through 10 hookahs in under 4 years, you are doing something wrong.

I've also had the pharaoh (which i found out is an MZ). had it for 3 years now and still rocks. Although its not my main rig anymore. You must clean your hookah more regularly if you dont and dont let the water in the base when you are not smoking. (a secret: I did and it started to rust a bit latetly, but no corrosion of the stem or aanything. Just a few green particle when washing it.)

The American one-piece glass "Hookah" is infact just a NHT device with hoses. That's most likely what you were talking about, and are mistaken.. You should look at meduse pipes for all glass smoking devices that could be used as hookahs with an adapter.

So basically what I'm trying to say is that your search will be fruitless.

** OK, unless you make on out of lab equipment.

wait-wait-waitwait-WHOAH, stop the boat... saying its an nh device just because its glass is like saying mine is an nh device because its steel.

i had an idea about trying to prevent corrosion. some one should be able to line the down stem with a plastic tube to prevent corrosion. and/or for the places that tubing is not realistic the metal could be coated in a range of things. heck even for enough money a silver or gold plating would prevent corrosion (pure silver wont really tarnish its all the alloying that causes it).

time, in time even more modern hookahs will appear. Look how far we have come in just the past 3-5 years!!! It's obviously gaining popularity, we now have incorporated new materials like glass and pyrex into bowls, plus the invention of the phunnel, and all sorts of designs. It should take off to the next level soon

Well if you guys want to take a chance and contact the guy who make that sweet glass hookah here is the translated page

http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=e...fari%26rls%3Den

Hes asking for 80 euros or pounds idk which but either way thats about 180 bucks or so American which I have to say is pretty damn good for an all glass hookah.
