haha, the DHL guy came today... he came on my porch, i heard him walking so i got up. I was like 10 ft from the door when he rang the bell. Then about 2 seconds later i opened the door but he was 30 ft away down the driveway in his truck. I think they can teleport.

My fedex driver I think throws packages with a massive catapult from the street to the door. B/C everytime he comes by I hear a BANG...ignition...gone

And this is like when I am 10ft away from the door too....and im surprised I have never seen him...but I do hate him...

And as for the topic at hand....I do think it probably was a misunderstanding of sort....but they could have looked it up if they didnt know and such...I dont know...

i ordered from tdp a few weeks ago, and holly took my card # wrong/i gave her the wrong number...whatever, she ran it, it didn't go through and she never called me to tell me about it,i'll order from them again next time i need to place an order, but you gotta be on top of your order. small price to pay for free shipping.

honestly, i've never talked to to guy, but neal seems good. it seems that whenever someone has a problem...it's "with a woman" who I assume is holly. that was my case I know. i don't know if she's a scape goat or something, but it's an observation

I'm a little dissatisfied with DPG too. I ordered a tub of fantasia blueberry but I received 4 50 gram packs instead without any notification. If I new I would end up with 4 50 gram packs I would have ordered another flavor.

I dunno, I dont see a problem with what happened to you Bushbr. The guy is shipping this shit out free, and all you have to do is go to the damn post office to pick it up. I have one not 10 minutes away. Call them, get a hold of neal, and place your order. I'm absolutely positive that he will take care of you.

well in my previous experiences a larger container of shisha just smokes alot better than a 50 gram sample does.

I remember reading on their site somewhere that they do that sometimes, or maybe in was in the chat, but I've heard it directly from them. I dont remember their reason for it, but it was a good one... if only i could remember

I am also dissapointed with DPG. I ordered a black nammor hose and got a green one instead. Holly said she sent it b/c she ran out of black and they would not get it in for a few weeks. I did not get a phone call or anything

As far as getting 4 50gs instead of a 200g and a green hose instead of a black I think that's unacceptable, you should at least be contacted to see if thats what you want or if you want to wait/order something else.

Nonetheless, neal is still an awesome guy and i'll do business with him again

the 4 50g's is stated on the website saying he sometimes sends them instead of a 200g tub because the shisha stays fresh longer in un opened 50g packets which IMO is a really kick ass thing for him to do. BUT the hose thing is a little messed up UNLESS he is going to also send you a black one when he gets them back in stock

Usually 200g have less chance of going bad.
