Ok..so I Guess I Should State This Clearly

Arnolds customer service is great. When he first started selling his stuff online I pucked up two 250g's when I got them it was very very dry. We emailed for a day or two and then 3-4 days later I get a package containing the same 250's i ordered but this time, THEY ROCKED!! Thanks again Arnold!

Why not a reply?
I am more than appreciative for your generosity, I just wanted to know if you ever sent it. Simple right? And I heard nothing. Then I make a post referring to it, and it gets overlooked; and you have posted twice since answering to other people. So I made another post out of frustration. I have had a shit month, with people walking all over me and backing out on previous arrangements. If you would have answered my message 15 days ago I wouldnt have to bring it up now. I understand you probably a busy guy, but when you are dealing with other people and leaving me in the dark, it just hurts you know? I just feel that with you ignoring my messages then a post in public might force you to answer, then my post is just overlooked then calling you out will definitely get your attention and will reply.

Thus… my predicament.

PS If you like the Siggy I made, consider it yours Arnold.

look. not to jump on you, but yes, I am very busy( a great thing!!!) and with customers, I write back the minute I get a message, i wrote you back, I sent the package and never saw post complaining until yesterdays...so if I missed something, sorry, if you don't have it, let me know, I can send out more thankfully

I sent you my info on April 20th and still TO THIS DAY have nothing at all from you. I never got a reply to my last pm which is what I last posted, so I was concerned. Im just not a customer as of yet. I dont have anything against you Arnold, you seem very polite. I just never heard back from you, then brought it up and get flack for. Im sorry I had to make it an argument, but it finally got me answers right?

In fact, I wouldnt even care if you told me some stroy about being too busy and couldnt send me anything. I wouldnt complain about getting something for free; I was complaining about the lack of communication. Nice try though.

I even thanked you on my Thread on Apr 26th, and mentioned that I still didnt have anything but thanked you for trying and giving me hope.
