Arnolds customer service is great. When he first started selling his stuff online I pucked up two 250g's when I got them it was very very dry. We emailed for a day or two and then 3-4 days later I get a package containing the same 250's i ordered but this time, THEY ROCKED!! Thanks again Arnold!

Im just sick and tired of being ignored and overlooked! Arnold, so far Im not impressed with the way you handle your customer service. Your offer was a kind gesture, but your disregard to follow up and lack of apprehension is irritating and rude.

I am actually reading that your complaining about the free sample of tobacco I sent out to you and the fact that I followed up with every email I have gotten from you.

really??? well I find your little tirade here beyond rude and completely out of line..
and let's just define some of your comments here..."customer service" are you actually a customer? no, you came on this board and asked people to help you, I sent you over 100 grams of tobacco and a enough coal to smoke it...for FREE!!!! if you want to see how I handle my customers, become one, then maybe you will understand...

Did you end up sending the package? I dont wanna nag, but if you did Im concerned because its not here yet. Its seems like its takin a while, unless you live on the east coast and sent it snail mail. If you decided not to send it just let me know.

I am more than appreciative for your generosity, I just wanted to know if you ever sent it. Simple right? And I heard nothing. Then I make a post referring to it, and it gets overlooked; and you have posted twice since answering to other people. So I made another post out of frustration. I have had a shit month, with people walking all over me and backing out on previous arrangements. If you would have answered my message 15 days ago I wouldnt have to bring it up now. I understand you probably a busy guy, but when you are dealing with other people and leaving me in the dark, it just hurts you know? I just feel that with you ignoring my messages then a post in public might force you to answer, then my post is just overlooked then calling you out will definitely get your attention and will reply.

Thus… my predicament.

I sent you my info on April 20th and still TO THIS DAY have nothing at all from you. I never got a reply to my last pm which is what I last posted, so I was concerned. Im just not a customer as of yet. I dont have anything against you Arnold, you seem very polite. I just never heard back from you, then brought it up and get flack for. Im sorry I had to make it an argument, but it finally got me answers right?

In fact, I wouldnt even care if you told me some stroy about being too busy and couldnt send me anything. I wouldnt complain about getting something for free; I was complaining about the lack of communication. Nice try though.

I even thanked you on my Thread on Apr 26th, and mentioned that I still didnt have anything but thanked you for trying and giving me hope.
