stuyvo
this is a nagging question that iv been wondering about for a while, my current hookah is up to about my knee and im a fairly large fellow (dont ask me cm/inches as i have no idea haha) but I was looking at purchasing a new hookah as my current one is pretty crap.anyway to the point: I was looking at the Maya QT as they are a few places I can buy these localy and Mya are a good brand ect... but this hookah is rather small; what type of issues might I run into with a small hookah?most people on the forums (as far as I can tell) who have a smaller hookah also have much larger ones aswel, the hookah would be used for two semi noobs (myself & girlfriend) and possibly go to parties with us occasionaly, will it be more harsh due to the small size? or will there not be enough smoke ect?any comments or suggestions are welcome, also those QT's are rather cute

Heat management can be more of a pain with smaller hookahs, as the entire setup will be warmer than a larger hookah. The pull also isn't necessarily as great as a good egyptian. The amount of smoke produced is not dependant on the size of the hookah.Any of the smaller Mya's will be a convenient party hookah due to portability, stability, and decent pull. I don't usually take my larger hookahs anywhere due to the size and inconvenience.

Because there is less room for the carbon monoxide to get caught in or trapped in the hookah.
NickReppinThe909
i dont know about the CO thing but the water level and heat management are a lot less forgiving but if you can get a QT or bambino smoking right its pretty close to being almost as good as a small egyptian

A quality hookah is a quality hookah whether it is an egyptian a mya or whatever, it will smoke nice. IMHO

IMHOi agree it just might take a little longer to find the set up but you should be golden once you do no matter what hookah you buy
