Travis Moore
Newbie here lol...Guys, here is a pic of the coal size that I got sitting in the bowl. Should I just break one of them in half to use with this size bowl or what? Also, they are Taru quicklight brand...any good? What is the best thing to use to light them with? Regular lighter fine? Thanks for the help!
Toxik916
I would say one broken in half should work for a bowl that size. It isnt enough heat mabey add a third half or a wind cover. I've never heard of that brand before so good luck with them.

I can heat them on an electric stove, right?

Your stove should work just fine if you decide to pick up the naturals.
liquidglass
I agree, one broken in half should work fine for that bowlbut you might want to drive your car with the hookah between your legs like that...unless you're looking for an original reason to get in a crash lol."Officer I swear....my hookah moved and the coal hit my balls...so I ran into the tree"policeman: "your what moved?" Dirk Skene
I always use 40mm quicklights. The smaller ones burn up too fast & I haven't the patients for regular coals.

Just make sure they're fully lit or you might get a woody taste in the smoke until they're lit all the way through. Basically, just wait until they're ashed all over and you should be fine.
