My New Love (hooked On Hookah's)

Recommended Posts

Lately I was introduced to Hookahs as my friend brought me to a local lounge. I was hoping someone could shed some light on what they would reccomend as an "entry level" hookah. I would be attempting this as a newb cause I have never owned my own personal Hookah as the lounge sets up everything for you. I am also interested in knowing where the best place to buy everything I need would be.

Thanks

OOoooooh.... the hybrids, so sexy. I really want that MZ hybrid....

like mentioned, the MYA QT is a solid starter hookah. It's solid, smokes very well, and has low upkeep. Go for it from any of the listed vendors. Edited by MechAnt

I agree a mya hookah is a great first hookah. It was mine (completely by chance) and I've introduced others to hookah through it plenty of times.

If I were you I would search for places to buy from price wise

www.worldhookah.com

www.mnhookah.com

www.hookah-shisha.com

All good places to look around at, and great prices for the most part (just depends on what you're looking for) but that's not to put down the other links, just my 2cents. I'll get you a few links to actual hookahs on the sites.

Entry level hookahs depend on if you are a traveler or stay in one place. I, personally tend to a travel a lot and so I have a 24" hookah with a case for easy traveling and carrying. If your going to just stay in one place I would try out one of the larger hookah sizes. Make sure to read the reviews about which shisha and charcoals to get.

Probably because he/she is a "beginner" and for some reason it's just better for someone to start off with something small not the highest quality best smoking thing. In the end I guess they appreciate it more and have a better ability to take care of it.

I have a big egyptian I love with all the same accessories. mmm mmm gotta love the hookah.

The sites mentioed are all good. I'd suggest not worrying too much about a price, and buy a nice quality hookah. If you have some picked out, post the links and we'll let ya know. Also, theres a reviews section here that has great reviews on pipes, those are worth checking out too

But yea, welcome to the world of hookah and the forum!
