Tea & Hookah?

For Turkish Coffee this is how i did it today.

Ground up some really dark coffee to a powder,

4tps coffee

4 tps sugar

1 1/2 cup water

boiled water and sugar to get the sugar to dissolve

then added coffee and brought the mix back to a boil

I know this isnt very traditional but it came out fine to my tastes. Also I just used a very small pot.

+1 , i cant think of a flavor rooibos wouldn't go with, however i'm a coffee man

I started smoking hookah in tea houses and I found oolong complemented it the best.
