Best Way To Order Coco-naras

just wondering if i would save more money by ordering direct from coco-nara or a vendor, im considering ordering them from neal now that he has them and i will no longer buy from H-S because of poor customer service so i wanted your guys's opinon on what to do

P.S. i am going to order 3 boxes if that makes a difference

Ordering just the coals itself, it may be cheaper to get them directly from Coconara but HS does sell 3 packs of coco's that saves you a bit of money and shipping cost is reduced when you order some tobacco as well.

yea but i will NEVER order anything from HS again so its either neal or coco nara

depending on where you live (with product home site) it'd be about 4 bucks cheaper to go with neal because of the free shipping. So just depends on what you want to do. Plus if you do go with neal you can always grab some shisha if you want lol

It's totally up to you. Since you're ordering a bit of a bulk, ordering from Neal will save you shipping.

hey, i'd like to hear what happened with hs if you don't mind. they're my favorite vendor and i've never heard of anything THAT bad from them

i ordered a nammor from them and after about a week of use the hose came out of the bottom of the handle and i called them and all they said was "just glue it" and didnt tell me what kind of glue to use or anything, that was strike 1 then i ordered some coco-naras from them and when i got them they had some mysterious water type damage (never ever heard of this problem with coco-naras and i got seriously worried until i called coco-nara and talked to them about it) and i was thinking shit now im in a exotica type situation BUT the actual shipping box they came in had NO water damage what so ever, strike 3 was just flat out bullshit i ordered some romman strawberry to try it out and it was horrible im talking soex type bad and when i called all i got was a "must be a bad batch" not even a "send it back and we will send you a replacement" which would have been the right thing to do so that is why i will NEVER order from or recommend HS again

that's bad man, sorry. i've had nothing but awesome business with em. i have had the WORST experiences with dpg though, they're in the vendor section.

Well I just got an order in with DPG saturday so once I get it I'll review how it went here, but I'm planning for awesomeness.


The only two problems I had with HS were solved pretty quickly.

1) They sent me 50g packs when I ordered a 250g tub. Not that I would mind if I got the 250g equivalent with 50g packs but it was supposed to be 3, 250g flavors, but I got 3 50g packs. Called them. And they sent out the new ones right away.

2) I ordered a 4 hose hookah and got the genie base so it was a little more. They sent me a regular Egyptian base, so I emailed back and forth and took pictures etc etc. It didn't take but a few days for them to agree to send me a new base, and they let me keep the old one.

Given though, price wise there are cheaper options.
-That and, the vendors usually interact with us on the forums, so I want to buy from them more. Seems like they care.
That's exactly why I'm going with DPG to try a new vendor. Might try MNhookah too because they carry a few flavors Neal doesn't have in SB. Edited May 27, 2008 by liquidglass

I just order mine from Coconara.
