but ya i dont think it would be a huge issue as long as you rinse it well, maybe pour some lemon juice and making soda down it and try to slosh it around and rinse well.

if you use the bleach solution rinse it excessively, chlorine is not nice to metal if it is left on metal

I never understood not cleaning the hookah after every use. It takes as little as a minute to use a brush and water to scrub the gunk from inside the stem.

Would you use the same glass without washing it to drink several different beers?

I've noticed one of the issues with people not getting good taste from different sishas is due to the fact they do not clean out their hookahs.

+1 I at the least run hot water through it, scrub it until the light shows a clean stem even do my hose port every few smokes
