Anyone Else Using Stargate Coals?

Found a 'secret stash' of these now out of prodcution coals. (correct me if theyre still being made)
I've had excellent results.
Anyone else still burning these?

I like them better than Dynamite or Al Nour Finger Coal. They aren't bad in my opinion. I like the natural non-pressed version of the Al Nour coals though. I am getting some Coconaras to try.

The stargate's were good for a very long time and still continue to be. Although if I buy coals now I buy Starlights locally, or just grab the coconara's/exoticas online. If you see the starlight's grab a bag(old packaging but still around or there new box. They last forever ash evenly and the ash sticks to em when you pick em up so they arent messy.

they work as well as the syrian but taste a little different.

Right on, right on.
Glad to see other member using these. I use them faithfully now after switching from JQLites.
Bit of odor when first lighting...more woody than sulphurous.
Once they hit 1/4 to 1/2 grey / red they are odorless.
Tasteless in my opinion...never had any trouble.

Like 'Victim' said they do last forever it seems.
Only problem for me , on my last 2 sessions these things produced a junk load of ash.
I seem to remeber back in 2007 'Sonthert' saying this was a bad thing...???

I used those for a long time and still do sometimes. They were by far the "more" consistant natural fingers. Then I switched to coco-nara and use those now.
