I think they had to prove they weren't wusses for making soex herbal. "Splash" I never heard of .smoking-Hookah.com does sell many flvours of Al-Sultan a step up from Nakhla shisha made close by in Jordan.By us it'ssold locally in grocery stores and cigarette stores all over but never saw "Splash" al-sultan.
