Coco Naras Are Cool

Recommended Posts

I got my box of 84 Coco Naras today. They are pretty cool. They are pre-cut into perfect little squares that are just right for smoking hookah. They are made of a very dense, high quality coal (made from coconut shells, apparently) that do not produce a lot of soot. Very clean and hard on the outside. They light up fairly easily on a stove (5 mins each side). They burn clean and ash white. They last a while. They have zero smell/flavor, so I tasted my shisha like I never have before.

Anyone want half a box of 3K quicklites? I think I'm gonna just throw them away. Coco Nara ftw.

We just started carrying Coco Nara and they are really good quality charcoals. They take a while to heat up but otherwise burn amazingly good and definitely doesn't interfere with the shisha taste or make it harsh.

I use my windcover to regulate heat. Normally, I put it on at the start to help the tobacco get hot, then I remove it, then towards the end when the coals get smaller I put it back on.

Store bought with stars on any of my phunnels or super chief.

I got a Mya so the stem isn't as "long" as say a KM. No need for tongs props.

Do you put it on immediately after putting the coals on the bowl? Do you leave it there for the whole session?

Once it gets whispy, after about an hour or 45 minutes. Can't leave it on the whole time, good way to ruin a bowl.
