ronald_dooley
I got my box of 84 Coco Naras today. They are pretty cool. They are pre-cut into perfect little squares that are just right for smoking hookah. They are made of a very dense, high quality coal (made from coconut shells, apparently) that do not produce a lot of soot. Very clean and hard on the outside. They light up fairly easily on a stove (5 mins each side). They burn clean and ash white. They last a while. They have zero smell/flavor, so I tasted my shisha like I never have before.Anyone want half a box of 3K quicklites? I think I'm gonna just throw them away. Coco Nara ftw.- Ronald

Click
I really like the coconaras too. Last night I used them and 1/4 exoticas. Worked about the same, just the exoticas leave more ash.
staygone
The only coals I use now. 2 on a small phunnel is perfect with my Tangiers. Get an hour and a half with a windcover.-QM
dakingkevin23
I love coconara's. If i setup my bowl a certain way, I can ash the coco's with my KM's Purge.

staygone
Store bought with stars on any of my phunnels or super chief.I got a Mya so the stem isn't as "long" as say a KM. No need for tongs props.-QM
TexasHookah
We just started carrying Coco Nara and they are really good quality charcoals. They take a while to heat up but otherwise burn amazingly good and definitely doesn't interfere with the shisha taste or make it harsh.

mrmonk7663
I use my windcover to regulate heat. Normally, I put it on at the start to help the tobacco get hot, then I remove it, then towards the end when the coals get smaller I put it back on.Michael

Can't leave it on the whole time, good way to ruin a bowl.-QM
