I watched a 800 hp Supra with a single turbo 2JZ and a 700 hp 240 w/ a rb26det battle it out at an airport track. They were fairly well matched considering the weight difference and hp difference. They were each hitting about 180 mph in the long runs. Absolutely sick.

Gearhead to the max. I am starting an exotic car company actually; Ive already got a prototype and all that.
Loved cars since I saw my first Lambo in hawaii. Now I live around them, so I guess its karma.
Ill rival the pix; every weekend theres a meet called cars and coffee, used to be on the beach but got moved. Any exotic you can name has been there.Bugatti, Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and GTs by the flock, classics, tuners, bikes, the M3 and te GTR were there before being released, the R-GT was there once, unlimited lotuses and etc etc. Ill post pix in a bit. Whats the limit? 10 per post?

Cellphone pics FTW!! lol

Here is my old whip, my daily track car: All suspension, exterior, interior, engine work done by me. None of my cars have ever put foot into a mechanic shop.

My new whip: 08 Subaru WRX
5%tint back,15% front, shaved emblems. Thats it for NOW...lol

I am kind of into cars, but not a total gear head. I'm more into just admiring aesthetics of a car.

I'm mostly into European cars, but was into the import/jdm scene when I was younger.

Here are some of the meets/car things I've gone to over the last year or two.

My favorite meet just because a Bugatti happened to show up. Not for the meet, but was just there:

Santana Row Meet + Cruise with some of the guys:

Another Santana Row Meet:

Thanks man!! No huge mods yet. I have the SPT exhaust and intake. I plan on getting some suspension mods for autocross. I decided to race this season just to see how I like it. I absolutely love it. Next year the plans are some whiteline sways and maybe coilovers. Other than that I just have a GTSpec carbon fiber lip and Lightwerkz angel eyes.

Maxima guy here... currently with my 4th one. First was a 1990, then a 96, then a 99, and now my '04. First of all of them I have done any significant mods to. Fujita cold air intake, Greddy SP2 exhaust, IM spacers, slotted rotors/Hawk HPS pads, some suspension upgrades... lowering springs/shocks/struts/front strut bar/rear sway bar blah blah...

Waiting on headers so I can install them along with the y-pipe all together.. along with the motor mount inserts yadda yadda... smile.gif

But now, I'm working on getting 19" Nismo rims/Nitto Invo tires for the summer. Will keep my stock 18s and Bridgestone rubber for the winters of course.

Ta-da!

Those headers are gonna give you a sickass sound. Mainly in the cockpit. I don't regret installing one on my M3.

No doubt... I already love the roar I get with my Fujita cold air intake and Greddy SP2... I need to take a video at WOT sometime... cool.gif

Ghost, hows the 08 treating you? I don't see many sedans around these parts.

im pretty much the only guy in my area with this car aswell. Its a great car. Its fast, stock suspension is a little sloppy(from my previous ride) but it grips and handles the turns when needed. Interior is very comfortable, gas mileage is ok. Overall, im definitely happy with my buy.

Give it a couple more months, and im sure they will be everywhere.
