mikeypas
considering the km hafa vs mya gyro for purchase (originally was looking at the bigger hookahs, but dont seem to be instock anywhere)for the KM - does the downstem unscrew? downstem made of brass? can you expand from one hose to more like the mya?for the mya - what is the downstem ss or brass?considering the price difference between the mya gyro and colossus, its about $30.. any thoughts between the 2?? (colossus is 40" , gyro is 29")mike
SimplexCoda
No the KM stem does not come apart. The stem should be brass cored on the KM and SS on the mya. You cant really go to multi-hose with the KM, but the KM is a great pipe. The mya is good too, but im a fan of traditional lookin pipes.

mikeypas
OK you KM fans, you have convinced me. The mya gyro/colossus is still a beautiful badass, but maybe in the future..looks like the km hafa is the only brass one available currently? the mash'al and exotica look super nice, but can't find them anywhere.. i'm worried if i wait, the hafas might be gone again. any advice?any international people (canada) buy from hookahcompany? good reviews? (any discount code?)also, best place to pick up small funnel bowl and namoor hose?p.s. (yes i just have too many questions).. does the hafa have the "heart" shape that people say to avoid? im not sure what to look for..
peterjmag
I don't mean to hijack the thread, but your question reminded me of something... My friend has a small Mya, and her downstem tends to unscrew itself and fall out occasionally when we smoke (even when it's screwed in pretty tightly). Does that happen with any of the larger ones?
