for some reason i cannot log into chat on this computer i know the password and everything is right. but it will try to log in and then just stop

you shouldn't have to log in to the chat, now. you just log into the forum like you normally do and the chat will be at the top of each page you browse through.
it only works in the "HF-Enhanced" format, though.
go to the bottom of the web page on any HookahForum web page and the little select box nex to this symbol:
select "HF-Enhanced" and it'll bring you to the format that'll allow you to use the chat.
actually, it works in the "tab win lite" format, too.

eh i think it might be the comp i am on it is my fiancees and it is one of those comps the school gives you so it might be that

I have had a similar problem where chat wouldn't load up. It seemed to clear up over time so I don't know what it was.

Had the same problem loading it through Safari last week when I was on my brothers laptop.

maybe try clearing all your temp files and cache and stuff?
