Just last night, Senator Biden guaranteed that if Senator Obama is elected, we will have an international crisis to test America's new president.
ABC News reports that Joe Biden said the following at a fundraiser in Seattle yesterday: "It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. ... Remember I said it standing here if you don't remember anything else I said. Watch, we're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy."

If that doesn't completely terrify anyone, then they are brain dead. The VP candidate is saying elect us, and we will get you a nice international crisis of the Cuban missile stature.... hmmm.

I think we're running out of international crises as it is.
Quick! Someone throw a spitball at Iran!

Neither. I'm voting third party.

I dislike McCain because his policies are somewhat liberal and pandering to some over others.
I dislike Obama because all records show that when a candidate looking for high office preaches change and actually uses the words change and hope in getting the people hyped, change most definitely occurs-- for the worse. Castro (coincidentally) preached hope and change in 1959 in Cuba. My family was witness to this. Chavez also preached hope and change, did he not? Look at the circumstance of present day Venezuela and Cuba. Those in high power get the money and everyone else get's nothing. Besides, something is awfully questionable about Obama's life. He was extremely poor and didn't get good grades but somehow he got into an Ivy League school? How did he pay for it? Who helped him? How did he go from being a C student to a great student? If he graduated with a B.A. in '83 from Colombia and he was born in '61, that means he was 17 or 18 when he started at Colombia in '79. There's NO WAY possible he had the money prior, and if he got the money, it had to have been through illegal activities or a very gracious gift from someone (which is the basis for the Ayers argument).

Don't get me wrong, I deeply believe that if McCain is elected the world is in for even more chaos and crises, but when he said that Iraq would require 100 years to resolve it was the smartest thing an American politician has ever said (Though obviously not the most prudent). Maybe any politician. Edited by gaia.plateau

I know I said it already, but since the election is getting closer I feel it's worth repeating.

THIRD PARTY / INDEPENDENT!

If you subscribe to the philosophy that a vote for non D / R candidates is "wasted", then wake the f up. It's only wasted if you don't vote your mind. Most people truly dislike BOTH, so let's set a precedent for future elections and show that WE THE PEOPLE have more choices than the ones being shoved down our throats by the MSM.

And GET MAD! angry.gif

vote for whoever you want. Just vote. Part of it is we need the numbers for this generation. Make this a message that the college aged voters are the ones that will make the race. If we really want change in the future, let the world know that we are here, and we want a say

Obama or McCain? Hmmm... you tell me...

Gorilla Jesus! Is that for real?

I heard rumours that the Bush campaign did that in 2004, but never saw any evidence. Maybe you should write into your constitution something about dirty campaign tricks. Or to prevent the sort of people that would be fooled by that crap from voting. Preferably from breathing.

Just when I was beginning to suspect you might possess common sense tongue.gif

They aren't Obama supporters, they're McCain thugs stationed outside the polling station to scare white undecideds into not voting for the black guy.

Maybe you should look inwardly in your search for sheeples.

Either my sarcasm detector is malfunctioning, or you really believe they are McCain supporters impersonating Black Panther thugs. Given your post history... I'll stick with the latter.

They aren't supporters, they're employees.

Use your logic. Even the most racist douche in the US doesn't have such a low opinion of black people to think that they would actively sabotage the candidate they support.

Black thug thinking to himself: Man oh man do I love Obama. I'm going to stand outside the polling station with a big stick and scare all the white folks away! Yeah, that's a great plan!

Anyone to whom that makes sense has a clear and apparent detachment from reality.

If McCain talked the way he did in that speech. He may have won the election instead of being erratic and such. I support Obama as I dont make near any of what he wants. But I have a good feeling anything that Obama said in his campaign .... Will be long forgotten and will take much longer then 4 years and we will have a new president after 4 years.
