I ordered sum tasty peach and cocoa lucid along with a box of coco naras on the 9th. After calling on the 14th it turns out that they didn't have coco naras in stock, i asked them to ship the shisha by itself. they tried to butter me up by adding 5 50g packs of fantasia. Holly said they'll send the coco naras later but i doubt it.

Plus OC4111 said they are outof stock and that is probably why you didn't get any. Not trying to defend Neal but those coals are cheaper then a gallon of gas or lunch.

Yeah but people are too busy trying to pay for that gallon of gas nowadays, I dunno about you but $4 a gallon is killin my spending even with me driving a civic. Every little free thing helps some people.....

I pay 5 dollars a gallon and I fill up my car atlaaet once a week. I filled up three days ago and I need to get gas before I go to school today. My money is tight to but I don't get how a sample box of coco-naras is going to help someone. It was probably going to hurt him because after he used them he was going to crave more

Yeah but it's the principle of the matter, if they tell you your gonna get something, then you should get it, or they shouldn't open there mouths to begin with....

but its the principle. They said they would def do something for me, and once again fail to fall thru. It's not the coals or the money, it's them killing their promises w/ their customers.

My order was wrong when i ordered like weeks ago actually May 19 to be exact, I only got a 50g of fant. gingerbread instead of 200, I got 50g of watermelon king moassel instead of al fakher, and I got a 50g of cinnamon afzal instead of al fakher. Why wouldn't u just call the customer and tell them that their out of certain brand/flavors so we can spend our money on other things that we umm ... Actually WANT. So i called holly said she'd send me 3 more 50g fantasias of gingerbread, and i asked for a small box of cocos cuz of the mess up and it had been so long to get to my house, and for them to get it right. The box came today it is now June 19, and are the cocos in the box?

NOOO ... oh well, my money will be spent elsewhere like mnh, HS, HC, and TH

I bought my razan from nazar, I like them, they usually just don't have what I want, so for me I prefer other vendors.

They don't have tangiers, they dont have coco's, they didn't have the KM i wanted, and they didnt have the bowl I wanted, but they had the hose i wanted, so that's what I bought from them. For this order I would have bought from nazar, but at the time things with WH were going fine, and they had great prices and free S+H, if I redid the order now it would have been with nazar. And I spoke with mn, their shipping prices were 31 bucks when I was going to order from them, I contacted them and they said they were working on getting flat rate prices on their site, so next time i order will be with them possibly.
