mikeypas
I couldn't decide between the KM Hafa and Mya Colossus, so I decided to get em both!H-S for the mya, as usual no problemI went to hookahcompany website for the KM Hafa, and no shipping to canada!? What the heck kind of company ships to Cuba, afghanistan, tanzania, but not to Canada? extremely dissapointed with this... as of now, no place to get KM (brass)..thoughts?(their website says too many problems with customs.. i'm assuming this is for tobacco, which, every vendor has to deal with. they could make this clause for tobacco, or have a restocking fee if they dont like people returning items, etc.. but to completely eliminate Canada? pffff, gimme a break)

bjelder
Not sure if this really calls for a "Wtf? Dissapointed" thread... but okSo they don't ship to canada....there are plenty of other vendors who do, no need to publicize it.
Johnny_D
It's because they had so much stuff returned or captured by canandian customs agents, and angry customers. And George is carefull how he packages things, this i can confirm from direct experience. It wasn't worth the ago from customers I guess?
mikeypas
OK so maybe not a WTF thread really, but still disapointing! The fact is being an informed customer, knowing the risks and potential customs problems, i still can't purchase. again , its not for tobacco but rather just the pipe itself. would gladly try another vendor, but problem is that KMs are hard to find! (im looking for the brass content, so the Hafa fits the bill..)i aint trying to badmouth them, im just expressing my dismay that a neighbour to the US can't get shipment from them, when virtually almost all other countries can! Bulldog_916
I think you are narrowing your prospects to just the KMs is your problem. Widen them out a little bit. It isnt bad that you cant get a KM. It just means you're gonna have to shop around and get something of the same value.

MeHT
Can you buy it and ship to someone in the US and ask them to ship it to Canada themselves?
Victim026
Theres plenty of other vendors that will ship to Canada, I mean if George has had bad experiences with shipping to Canada I can understand them not wanting to deal with that country's shipping practices anymore. Rani
1) Call them and see if you can work something out;2) See if a Forum buddy will reship it for you;3) If 2 applies, you buy it online, put in their shipping address and have them reship it still packaged when it arrives. Easy.'Rani

Still might be worth it though.
